1. **Booking and Cancellation Policy:** - The apartment must be booked through the website. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. - No security deposit is required, but we ask guests to respect the premises. - Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If a traveler cancels between 7 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund corresponding to 50% of all reserved nights. Travelers may also be eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
2. **Rental Duration:** - The rental duration is determined in your reservation. The minimum number of days reserved is 1 and the maximum is 91 days.
3. **Price and Charges:** - The rate of your stay includes any additional charges (gas, electricity, water, internet).
4. **Security Deposit:** - No security deposit is required. However, additional charges will be imposed for any damage or theft.
5. **Inventory:** - An inventory will be conducted upon entry and exit of the tenant. This is to check the condition of the accommodation and furniture.
6. **Capacity:** - The maximum capacity of the apartment on the 3rd floor must be respected. It is prohibited to accommodate more than 6 people in the accommodation.
7. **Respect for Premises and Neighborhood:** - Tenants are required to respect the peace of the neighborhood and not cause disturbances. The rules of the residence "La Villa Les Fougères Vittel" must also be followed. Quietness is our priority, and we thank you for respecting moments of tranquility between 10 pm and 6 am for the well-being of all, whether in the apartment, the residence, or its surroundings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the residence, apartment, common areas, balconies, or windows.
8. **Maintenance of the Accommodation:** - Tenants are responsible for maintaining the accommodation during their stay. They must leave it in the same cleanliness condition as upon arrival.
9. **Pets:** - Pets are not allowed in the Les Fougères apartment on the 3rd floor.
10. **Tenant Check-in and Check-out:** - Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm; arrivals after 8 pm will be self-check-in. Check-out time is scheduled for 11 am.
